At Ivory Luxe Home Fragrance, we are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and in a timely manner. Please review the details of our shipping policy below, as it outlines our responsibilities, your responsibilities, and what to expect once your order is placed.


1. General Shipping Information

  • We ship to virtually any address worldwide.

  • Certain items may have shipping restrictions—especially for international destinations—based on carrier limitations or product regulations.

  • Shipping and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, item availability, and the carrier service you select.

  • All shipping rates are weight-based and automatically calculated according to carrier guidelines. Product weights are rounded up to the nearest pound as required by our shipping partners.


2. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days unless otherwise stated.

  • During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.


3. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including:

  • Full name

  • Street address

  • Apartment, suite, or unit number (if applicable)

  • City, state, and ZIP/postal code

We are not responsible for delayed delivery, misdelivery, or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you realize you've entered an incorrect address, please email us immediately at info@ivoryluxecandleco.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update it. Once shipped, no address changes can be made.


4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

  • Once your package is in the hands of the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), the carrier becomes responsible for its delivery.

  • If your package shows no movement or appears lost, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.

  • We will assist you by providing any documentation needed, but the resolution is determined by the carrier.

Stolen Packages

  • If tracking shows your package as “Delivered” but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, building offices, mailrooms, or household members.

  • Stolen packages must be reported directly to the carrier.

  • Ivory Luxe Home Fragrance is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.

For added security, we highly recommend:

  • Shipping to a secure address

  • Requesting signature confirmation

  • Using a workplace or PO Box address

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging, and we will assist you.


5. Shipping Delays

While we work diligently to ensure timely delivery, delays may happen due to:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • High-volume seasons (holidays, sales, etc.)

  • Customs processing for international orders

We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.


6. International Shipping

  • International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes.

  • Customs processing times vary by country and may delay delivery beyond our control.

  • International shipments may not include tracking updates once they leave the U.S., depending on the carrier.
